Essentially, for performance and security reasons, such information may need to be accessed by MEDPROZONE personnel.

MEDPROZONE uses the information collected for the following general purposes: supply of products and services, billing, identification and authentication, better customer care and service, contacts and investigation.

As part of the buying and selling process, MEDPROZONE will provide sellers with essential client information in order to complete the mutually benefitting business transaction. By creating an account and being a MEDPROZONE seller, you are agreeing to respect clients’ and other users’ personal information that you may obtain—in any and all ways related to and—through MEDPROZONE.

MEDPROZONE grants its sellers a limited license to use respective information for the solemn use of communication related to or about MEDPROZONE services, products and or transactions—that of which cannot be commercializing messages, not explicitly solicited. Spam is not tolerated. Thus, without limiting the foregoing, MEDPROZONE sellers are not licensed to add clients’ email and or physical mailing address to their personal agenda, without the clients’ explicit consent.

Sellers, please note that it is crucially indispensable that you comply with all relevant legal rules when using MEDPROZONE services, connections and platform. This includes applicable data protection and privacy laws which define and dictate the ways in which you can use a client’s—or any other users’—information.

Information Collected

MEDPROZONE gathers a variety of information from its users’ and site visitors’ in a number of ways. By visiting the site, you are consenting to such collection. The aforementioned includes, but is not limited to, automatically receiving and recording bits of information from your browser—such as your IP address or unique device identifier, cookies, and data about products viewed on the site and records aforesaid in log files.

MEDPROZONE uses technologies such as cookies, flash cookies and log files for a variety of reasons; However, always focused and committed to using the automatically collected information in order to provide a better experience for our clientele and sellers. We use the information gathered to help understand, analyze and better the interaction between users and visitors and the site. We are partnered with Google Analytics (GA)—whom, as a third-party company, sets and accesses cookies on IP addresses that allow us to reach out to our site’s previous visitors for online marketing and other purposes; all while having extremely limited access to users’ personal information. Please note, as a third-party company, GA is not covered by MEDPROZONE’s Privacy Policy, given the fact that MEDPROZONE does not have access or control over the technologies operated by GA.

While MEDPROZONE owns the platform in which delicate information is stored, the database and all rights associated with MEDPROZONE, we do not own any users’ personal information. As a docile supplier of level 1 PCI-DSS, we follow all PCI_DSS requirements and any additional implements generally put forth by the industry’s standards to protect personal information provided to MEDPROZONE—both during transmission and when we actually receive it. With that said, unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Thus, while MEDPROZONE strives to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
